White crystalline or powder, salty and light bitterness. Absorb moisture from air and cake but not deliquescent. Soluble in water, low toxicity, with irritation. Melting point 747 ℃. It has hygroscopicity in air and easily soluble in water. Water solution is neutral, lightly soluble in alcohol.
